What happens if i'm not at home to receive my purchase?

When placing a order you will be given the chance to leave instructions for the driver to leave it with a neighbour. If no one is at home our delivery driver will leave a card with instructions to have your order redelivered or to collect your item from your local depot. We advise that you call your depot (the contact number will be stated in the card) beforehand as their opening times may vary.

Is Buying On-Line Safe?

TRANSACTION SECURITY

All transaction information passed between our  merchant sites and Sage Pay’s systems is encrypted using 128-bit SSL certificates. No cardholder information is ever passed unencrypted and any messages sent to your servers from Sage Pay are signed using MD5 hashing to prevent tampering. You can be completely assured that nothing you pass to Sage Pay’s servers can be examined, used or modified by any third parties attempting to gain access to sensitive information.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Subject to stock availability, our deliveries are made between Monday – Friday 09:00 – 16:00. We will endeavour to have your goods delivered within two working days from placing your order. (Excluding weekends and Bank Holidays) In some cases, we are able to offer the same day or next day delivery at an extra cost. Do I get free delivery?

When you place a order over £80 you will receive free delivery, otherwise the delivery charge is £20.

To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the "Track" button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.
