Tasting Note: Floral and yeast notes on the nose give way to crisp fruit flavours of citrus and apple.
Unique Selling Point: Inspired by the Knights armour and the copper roofs of Paris, the only Champagne where “innovation drives function design” with great taste.
Production Method: Beau Joie is a champagne produced by Charles Ellner in Epernay, France, often referred to as the Capital of Champagne. It is blend of 60% Pinot Noir / 40% Chardonnay. With no dosage. It is an all stainless steel fermentation, 4 years on lees, 6 years age total. The bottles are then sent to the USA, where Beau Joie is wrapped in a 100% copper suit of armour that keeps the champagne cooler for longer, as well as providing a beautiful distinctive look. The case is made entirely from second-generation copper scrap, which is transformed into a work of art.
Vinification: Combining supreme quality with impeccable, cutting-edge design, BEAU is made from the highest quality wine – 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Chardonnay – naturally derived from the finest grapes of Epernay, France
