The history of Trapiche begins in 1883, in a small vineyard called El Trapiche, in the district of Godoy Cruz, Mendoza, where the grapes for the first fine wines were grown.
TASTING NOTE NOTE
This Cabernet Franc has aromas of dark fruits such as blueberries and blackcurrants with hints of white pepper. It is smooth on the palate with soft tannins and a long lingering finish.
FOOD MATCHING NOTE
Excellent with game, veal and grilled pork.
